Details of cooperation:
1. You send me an e-mail with a description of the problem, and attach pictures of interiors. We arrange a 60 min online consultation (Skype, Messenger).
2. During the consultation, I answer your questions and advise you.
3. Within the next 48 hours you receive a pdf with a summary of consultations, inspirations and specific proposals for solving the problem.

Duration of consultation: 1 hour
I asked Karolina to arrange a living room which is also a dining room, a study room, a playroom for my child and a place to rest. I was afraid that such a consultation would not change anything. Meanwhile, Karolina has put forward a few solutions, including very original ones that completely change the look and functionality. I regained the hope that it will not be a lumber-room. Simplified interior design is a proposal for people who primarily care about time. The service is not widely available on the market, it can be implemented online or offline. You receive from me specific technical solutions (functional layout, electrical installation layout) and a handful of inspiration in your chosen style (3D visualizations with a list of used elements).
What does cooperation look like?
1. We get to know each other, sign acontract, and you make an advance payment.
2. The first step is INVENTORY, i.e. measurements. I can perform the service offline (on-site by taking measurements) or online if I receive interior projections from a developer or projects from an architectural office. If I do not have the opportunity to personally measure, I must assume that all the parameters you present to me in the documents are correct. I do not take responsibility for possible errors resulting from incorrect inventory.
3. During the consultation I get to know your taste and needs. Because the time is the most important in the simplified service, all project decisions must be made quickly. The received project will be functional and consistent. However, there is no room for changing the original concept, and any corrections (i.e. changing wallpaper, wall color, etc.) as they are payable additionally.
4. I present you the FUNCTIONAL LAYOUT and the design of electrical installations.5. You receive 3D VISUALIZATIONS and a list of used elements. The list contains suggestions for finishing materials and elements of equipment such as a table or a sofa (producer plus model name).
Price: from PLN 3000.
The final price depends on the number of kitchens and bathrooms, as well as the location of theinvestment. Possible corrections to the project or consultations are paid additionally.
The duration of the service: 3 weeks from the receipt of documents from the client (projections).
The refined project includes all interiors and includes all the components of the designer’s service such as conceptual design, 3D visualization, necessary and essential technical designs (i.e. layout of electrical installations) and a list of materials and elements with a cost estimate.
What does cooperation look like?

We set the style and functions of the interior. I am asking you to fill in the “Way home” survey and select your preferences in the interior design catalogs.
3. I present you with 2-4 versions of the FUNCTIONAL LAYOUT. You choose either one of the options or we create a mix.
4. PURCHASE is preceded by my architectural reconnaissance. I look for the products (in showrooms with equipment, catalogs and online) that will be suitable for you. Then we choose together 3 days in 6 weeks, which we devote to visiting the shops with interior decoration. We choose finishing materials and colors. Together we are looking for individual pieces of equipment (floors, doors, walls, furniture, lighting, electrical equipment). I design furniture to order. I get offers for you for selected products, I also negotiate prices on your behalf (I use company discounts).
5. You get 3D VISUALIZATION.
6. I present you designs of free-standing and built-in furniture (you accept or indicate changes). You receive ready-made FURNITURE DESIGNS together with PRICING from a carpenter.
7. I collect all our findings and projects in one e-mail. You get a shopping list, a comprehensive project (including technical designs for electrics, plumbing and possibly c.o.) and printouts.
8. You receive from me the Pearl – a gift matched to the interior (graphics, picture, photography, fabric). We say goodbye.The interior of your dreams, on which we have worked so meticulously for several months, will soon become a reality!
Author’ss supervision (or coordination of renovation and construction works) is a service paid additionally. Throughout our design adventure, I am available to you by phone and e-mail. We consult each stage of the project. I make sure everything is clear and understandable to you. I design for you. The more you tell me about your housing needs, lifestyle and taste, the better we will match your new interior to you. On request, I recommend trusted specialists.
Price: PLN 120 – 150 / m2 (the final price depends on the number of kitchens and bathrooms)

The preparation of the functional system is preceded by an in-depth analysis of your housing needs and preferences. On request, I attach necessary technical projects, such as the layout of the electrical installation.

Duration of service: 3 weeks
As part of the authoe’s supervision, I will remove the problem of coordination of construction and renovation teams from your head: carpenters, electricians, parquet floors, etc. I come to the investment site up to 7 times. Together, we determine when my presence will be most needed. My task is to monitor the progress of the work of individual renovation and construction teams regarding the compliance with the project. I also solve possible problems arising from implementation errors on a regular basis and I make minor corrections to the project.
